Frans Timmermans, executive vice-president of the European Commission, coordinator of the Green Deal and the directives for the implementation of climate neutrality in 2050, claims that Romania must, indisputably, conceive the energy future focused primarily on green energy, without coal.
The representative of the European Commission appreciates, if it were necessary, that Romania benefits from a huge potential in renewable energies, therefore, our country must create its strategy based mainly on this resource and not on others.
