R.E.S. GROUP SRL, with registered office in Arad, Predeal Street no. 9, block 7, entrance D, Arad County, registered with the Arad Trade Register Office under order no. J/02/16/2007, tax identification number RO20437841, is a Romanian legal entity whose object of activity is the organization of fairs and exhibitions.

What Type of Data We Collect and Process
The expression “processing of personal data” means any operation performed with personal data or upon personal data, such as: collection, extraction, transmission, recording, storage, structuring, restriction, archiving, deletion or any other similar method described herein.
When you use the services offered through the applications existing on the websites or by participating in fairs, including by filling in flyers/forms, “fairs” means the following categories of events/public manifestations: exhibitions, conferences, round tables, workshops, as well as other similar types of manifestations, as defined and described in the Exhibitor Manual published on the aforementioned websites.
R.E.S. GROUP mainly collects and processes the following personal data: your identification data, demographic data, location data, name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, organization, company, telephone number, IP address. These data are collected directly from you or from other sources when you access our services or become our client.
Considering the specific nature of our activity, we usually collect, lawfully, the following type of data about you:
If you decide to participate in events as an exhibitor, we need to collect data about you, which we actually obtain by you filling in the Fair Participation Contract:

identification data of the legal representative of the organization: name and surname;

contact details of the representative of your organization who will handle communication with us, in order to manage participation in the fair: name, email, telephone.
If you decide to visit the event, you must register as a Visitor. This involves sending us personal data such as: name, surname, organization, position, email, telephone number, data regarding professional interests, for example the fact that you operate in the solar energy field as a manufacturer of photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, inverters, developer, investor or other similar data.
If you decide to use our newsletter service, we need your email address.
If you decide to be informed about other future events organized by us, we need your telephone number, the address of your organization or your email address.
For participation in manifestations organized within the events supported by us, it is necessary to provide us with your contact details. We mention that some of the data mentioned above are necessary for organizing and carrying out certain manifestations. For example, if you participate in a contest and are among the winners, we need your data in order to offer you the prize won. These data will be made available to our collaborators — sponsors, co-organizers, partners, collaborators — who need your data in order to legally manage this type of manifestation.
Visiting our websites means that we will collect the following data: online identifier or cookie identifiers, necessary in order to offer you services customized to your needs and profile.
For What Purpose We Collect and How We Process Your Personal Data
R.E.S. GROUP uses personal data in order to communicate more efficiently and to provide you with higher-quality services when you request these services from us.
Thus, we may collect data for marketing communications, carried out by email or SMS, only with the explicit consent of the beneficiary.
R.E.S. GROUP may also use personal data provided through explicit consent in commercial communications to other websites, including social networks.
Also, if you provide us with your email address or telephone number, by registering for newsletter-type services or other similar services, your data will be used only to provide you with the information, service or product to which you have subscribed.
R.E.S. GROUP may collect your personal data through the website, through registration cards/flyers completed by fair visitors, as well as from other legitimate sources, such as partners, social networks, public websites associated with an account or profile, information or applications that a social network may transmit to third parties.
We specify that you are free at any time to change your mind and no longer wish to be in contact with us. This can be done by unsubscribing without any justification or by making an express written request to the organizer, through which you expressly state this intention.

1. Subscription to the Newsletter
Your subscription to the newsletter by email, through forms on the websites, for the purpose of receiving information regarding the services offered.
By subscribing to the newsletter, you will need to provide us with your email address and telephone number, for the purpose of being subsequently informed about our events and receiving other news from the field.
If, at some point, you consider that you no longer wish to continue being informed, you may unsubscribe without providing us with any explanation, simply by accessing an unsubscribe link.

2. Request for Information — Stand Offer Request
Requesting information through forms on the websites, for the purpose of analyzing potential participation as an exhibitor or sponsor in our events.
By requesting to receive information, namely a price quotation and other details necessary for evaluating participation in the event, you will need to provide us with the following data: name, email address and telephone number, field of activity, company, country, stand area in square meters, type of stand, necessary in order for us to respond to your request.
The fact that we send you the information requested by you does not oblige you to accept our offer.

3. Registration as Exhibitor and/or Sponsor
If, following your analysis, you decide to participate as an exhibitor/sponsor in the fair, it is necessary to complete and send us a participation contract, in the form of a form.
Thus, it is necessary for you to send us the name of the legal entity, the name and surname of the company’s legal representative, respectively the name and surname, as well as the email address of the person with whom we must communicate for the registration of the participation contract and the completion of the registration formalities for the event.
Legal basis: conclusion and performance of the contract.
4. Online Registration of Visitors
Online registration of visitors, by completing the forms on the website, in order to visit the exhibition.
If you wish to visit our exhibition, we ask you to complete the online form available on the website, with the following data:

5. Registration of Visitors at the Event Venue
Registration of visitors by completing the forms/cards/flyers provided at the event venue, in order to visit the exhibition.
If you wish to visit our exhibition, we ask you to complete the form that will be provided to you at the entrance to the exhibition premises, with the following data:

Completing this form/flyer/card is optional.
Regardless of your option, you are free to visit the exhibition/fair.

6. Organization and Conduct of Various Raffle-Type Manifestations
Organization and conduct of various raffle-type manifestations, which will result in awarding prizes to the winners.
In order to organize such manifestations, it is necessary for you to complete a form with your personal data: name, surname, email address, telephone number.
These data are necessary in order to send the prize offered to the winners, as well as for possible clarifications regarding the contest registration process.
The collected data will be made available to our collaborators together with whom we organize the contests and/or raffles.

7. Promotion of Contests/Manifestations with Prizes
Promotion actions for contests/manifestations with prizes carried out within the events/fairs organized by us in collaboration with our collaborators and/or sponsors.
In order to provide quality services, it is necessary for our events to be promoted to the public, including through contests supported by our sponsors.
For this purpose, it is necessary for your image — photographs, video materials, audio materials — obtained during the public event to be processed and subsequently promoted on our websites, the sponsors’ websites, as well as on the accounts of various social networks, both ours and those of the sponsors.

8. Reporting to Authorities
The organization of certain manifestations within the event involves making reports to the authorities. Thus, it is necessary to collect and process your name and surname, billing address. These data are necessary for preparing accounting documents, in accordance with the legislation in force.

9. Automatically Collected Data
In order to ensure adequate security of the websites, as well as proper maintenance, we use online identifiers: IP address, MAC address, the internet browser used by you, the version of the operating system of the device with which you connect online, HTTP/HTTPS protocol data.

For example, we may communicate with the professional association of electricians for the organization of a contest on specific topics, on the occasion of organizing a business event, since these services could not be performed in another way.

From the moment when R.E.S. Group SRL no longer has a legal or legitimate basis to continue retaining your data, we specify that your personal data will be deleted.
Can Your Data Be Transferred Outside the European Union or the European Economic Area?
Normally, your data are not stored or transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
However, there may be certain situations in which your data are transferred to countries located outside the EU or EEA to certain collaborators with whom we cooperate in order to provide you with quality services.
