The recent events in the field of energy reveal the continuation of the effervescence of investments in renewables, at important rates.
In less than two months, about 2,000 MW of wind and solar, worth 2 billion euros, received approvals to connect to the grid.

According to local media, a UK company, for example, supports a particularly ambitious target: it wants to generate 8% of Romania's energy production in three years.
Romanian officials claim that many projects have important investors behind them, which increases their chances of success, but not some will fail. The full side of the glass is, however, the fact that, unlike previous years, the Romanian market has matured.

On the other hand, prosumers will play an increasingly important role.
According to some data circulated in the market, at the end of April 2023 there were over 63,000 prosumers in Romania, with an installed power of 753 MW. The estimate for the end of June 2023 is over 900 MW, and for the end of 2023 the number of prosumers is estimated to be over 100,000.
