DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION POLICY – TICKETS FOR THE ROENERGY 2026 CONFERENCES

1. Organiser
The RoEnergy 2026 conferences are organised by R.E.S. Group SRL, with its registered office in Arad, Str. Predeal nr. 9, bloc 7, sc. D, et. 2, ap. 9, postal code 310377, Arad County, Romania, VAT code RO20437841, Trade Register no. J02/16/2007, e-mail: press@roenergy.eu, phone: +40-357.426.266.

2. What you are buying
The ticket grants access to the conference indicated at the time of purchase (the Energy Conference "RES – Solutions for Industry" on 21 October 2026), as part of RoEnergy South-East Europe 2026, 21–23 October 2026, Expovest Pavilion, Complex Hotel Senator, Calea Lugojului nr. 7, Ghiroda, Timiș County. The ticket is issued in the name of the participant indicated in the order.

3. Payment
Payment is made online by card, through the payment processor euPlatesc.ro. Card data is entered directly on the processor's secure page and is not stored by R.E.S. Group SRL. The invoice is issued based on the data entered in the order.

4. Ticket delivery
The ticket is not a physical product. The order confirmation and the electronic ticket are sent to the e-mail address provided in the order, immediately after the payment is confirmed. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Promotions folder and contact us at press@roenergy.eu. Access to the conference is granted on the basis of the electronic ticket, presented on a phone or printed.

5. Change of participant
The ticket may be transferred free of charge to another person at any time before the conference starts, by e-mail to press@roenergy.eu, stating the order number and the new participant's details.

6. Cancellation by the buyer
6.1. The buyer may cancel the ticket by e-mail to press@roenergy.eu at least 7 calendar days before the conference date. In this case, 70% of the total price paid is refunded.
6.2. For cancellations sent less than 7 calendar days before the conference date, as well as in case of no-show, the ticket price is not refunded. The participant may still be changed free of charge, as provided in point 5.
6.3. The refund is made to the card used for payment, within a maximum of 14 days from the confirmation of the cancellation.

7. Right of withdrawal
Conference access tickets are services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date. Under Article 16(l) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. This policy is without prejudice to the rights consumers have under the mandatory legislation in force.

8. Cancellation or postponement by the Organiser
8.1. If the Organiser cancels the conference, the buyer may choose between a full refund of the price paid and a transfer of the ticket to a later RoEnergy edition or event.
8.2. If the Organiser postpones the conference, the ticket remains valid for the new date. A buyer who cannot attend on the new date may request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement being announced.
8.3. The refunds provided for in this point are made within a maximum of 14 days of the request, to the card used for payment.
8.4. Changes to the programme or to the order of presentations, or the replacement of speakers, do not constitute cancellation of the conference and do not give rise to a refund.
