TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SALE OF TICKETS FOR THE ROENERGY 2026 CONFERENCES

1. The Organiser and seller
The website timisoara.roenergy.eu is operated by R.E.S. Group SRL, with its registered office in Arad, Str. Predeal nr. 9, bloc 7, sc. D, et. 2, ap. 9, postal code 310377, Arad County, Romania, VAT code RO20437841, Trade Register no. J02/16/2007, e-mail: press@roenergy.eu, phone: +40-357.426.266 (hereinafter "the Organiser").

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase, through the website timisoara.roenergy.eu, of tickets for the conferences organised as part of RoEnergy South-East Europe 2026. The buyer may be an individual or a legal entity.

3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
An order can be placed only after the buyer confirms, by ticking the dedicated box, that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Delivery and Cancellation Policy. The Delivery and Cancellation Policy [link] forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Order and conclusion of the contract
4.1. The buyer fills in the registration and payment form with correct and complete data. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, including the invoicing data.
4.2. The contract is deemed concluded when the payment is confirmed, with the confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided in the order.
4.3. The Organiser may refuse or cancel an order in case of clearly false or incomplete data, an unauthorised payment, or if all available seats have been sold. In such cases, the amounts received are refunded in full.

5. Prices
5.1. Prices are displayed in lei (RON), both excluding VAT and including VAT. The total amount payable, including VAT, is displayed before the order is completed.
5.2. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed, depending on the purchase period (for example, the early bird rate valid until the date indicated on the conference page).
5.3. RoEnergy 2026 exhibitors have free access to the conference, under the conditions communicated by the Organiser.

6. Payment
6.1. Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard) through the payment processor euPlatesc.ro.
6.2. Card data is entered directly on the payment processor's secure page. The Organiser has no access to the full card data and does not store it.
6.3. The order becomes valid only after the payment has been successfully authorised.

7. Invoicing
The invoice is issued based on the data entered by the buyer in the form, in accordance with the legislation in force, and is sent electronically.

8. Ticket delivery, change of participant and cancellation
The delivery of the electronic ticket, the change of participant, cancellation by the buyer, refunds, as well as the cancellation or postponement of the conference by the Organiser are governed by the Delivery and Cancellation Policy [link].

9. Access to the conference
9.1. Access is granted on the basis of the electronic ticket, issued in the participant's name and presented on a phone or printed.
9.2. Participants shall comply with the access, safety and conduct rules of the Organiser and of the venue (Expovest Pavilion, Complex Hotel Senator, Calea Lugojului nr. 7, Ghiroda, Timiș County).
9.3. The Organiser may refuse access to, or ask to leave the room, any person who seriously breaches the safety or conduct rules or disrupts the conference. In such cases, the ticket price is not refunded.

10. Conference programme
The programme, the order of the sessions and the list of speakers may change for reasons beyond the Organiser's control. Such changes do not constitute cancellation of the conference and do not give rise to a refund. The Organiser will publish important changes on the website in due time.

11. Photographs and video recordings
During the conference, the Organiser takes photographs and video recordings, which may be used to promote RoEnergy events on the Organiser's websites and social media. Details on the processing of this data and on the right to object are available in the Privacy Policy. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed may say so at the registration desk.

12. Intellectual property
The content of the website and the conference materials (presentations, texts, logos, images) belong to the Organiser or to the speakers and may not be reproduced or distributed without the right holders' consent. Full audio-video recording of the sessions by participants is not permitted without the Organiser's consent.

13. Liability
13.1. The Organiser is not liable for participants' personal belongings left unattended, nor for indirect losses (for example, travel or accommodation costs) resulting from changes to the programme.
13.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the Organiser's liability where the law does not allow such a limitation, including for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for the rights that consumers have under mandatory legislation.

14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure, under the conditions provided by law. The consequences for tickets are those set out in the Delivery and Cancellation Policy for the cancellation or postponement of the conference.

15. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy [link].

16. Applicable law and dispute resolution
16.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
16.2. The parties shall try to settle any disagreement amicably, at press@roenergy.eu or +40-357.426.266.
16.3. If no amicable solution is reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent courts at the Organiser's registered office, subject to the mandatory legal provisions on jurisdiction in disputes with consumers.
16.4. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) – www.anpc.ro, including through the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).

17. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Organiser may amend these Terms and Conditions. Each order is governed by the version in force on the date it is placed.
